水质快速检测方法与国标法在水质检测中的应用比较

摘要
目的:验证水质快速检测盒在地震灾后水质监测工作中的实用性和准确性。方法:抽取20份水样,并将其中5个水样混合成合成水样,分别用由中国疾病预防控制中心环境与健康相关产品安全所研制的水质快速检测盒及国家标准方法对单个水样及合成水样进行检验。结果:用水质快速检测盒检验单个样品时,氨氮的平均相对标准偏差RSD为14.6%,速测法与国家标准方法的平均偏差为11.0%,;亚硝酸盐氮的平均相对标准偏差RSD为15.2%,速测法与国家标准方法的平均偏差为14.8%;总铁的平均相对标准偏差RSD为23.4%,速测法与国家标准方法的平均偏差为22.5%。对于合成水样,国家标准方法的偏差在10%以下,快速检测法偏差大于10%。结论:水质快速检测盒的精密度及准确度均不如国家标准方法,但因其方便、快捷,可以作为半定量的检测方法对水样进行初筛。
Objective:To verify the practicability and accuracy of test kit for water in water monitoring after Wenchuan Earthquake.Methods: 20 water samples were taken,five samples were mixed to form compound water sample.The single samples and the compound sample were assayed simultaneously with Test Kit for Water,which was produced by Institute for Environmental Health and Related Product Safety,China CDC,and National Standard Examination Methods.Results: When analyzed with Test Kit for Water,the mean RSD of ammonium nitrogen was 14.6%;the mean deviation between results from quick inspection and National Standard Examination Methods was 11.0%.The mean RSD of nitrite nitrogen was 15.2%;the mean deviation between results from these two methods was 14.8%.The mean RSD of total iron was 23.4% and the mean deviation of two methods was 22.5%.For the compound water sample,the mean deviation of National Standard Examination Methods was less than 10%,while that of the quick inspection was more than 10%.Conclusion: The precision and accuracy of Test Kit for Water is not as good as National Standard Examination Methods.But because of its convenient and quickness,it is suitable to semi-quantitative screening for water samples.
