防震自动救生床

摘要
文章介绍了基于三维CAD软件设计的一种防震自动救生床。当检测到地震时,该床的控制开关接通,步进电机拖动活动挡块,月牙支撑块失去支撑而转动,床板头部翻转,冲击控制杠杆,借助杠杆力的放大和传递作用,将床尾的活动挡块冲开,月牙支撑块转动,人连同卧具一起落入床体内侧。同时控制杠杆通过顶撑块给防护罩一向上的力,防护罩获得初速度,在扭簧和自身重力的作用下防护罩翻转,当接触到床体后产生冲力,暗锁机构动作将其锁紧,人被保护在床体中,实现防震自动救生功能。
Automatic earthquake-proof life-saving bed is designed with 3D CAD software.The bed is the same as others in daily use.When the earthqauke is detected,control switch is opened to make the drag away the movable block stop,then crescent support block turn around because of losing support.The head of the bed board turnover,impact the control levers,the movable block stop under the foot of the bed is kicked away by the lever′s amplificaion and transmission of force.Then crescent support block turn around because of losing support.People and beddings fall into the inner side of the bed.The protective cover is subjected to an upward force by the control lever through the goring-supporting block,and gets a initial speed.With the force of torsion spring and self-gravity the protective cover flip and the produced percussive force concussion between protective cover and bed-body which makes the bulit-in lock mechanism act and lock the protective cover.Thus the function of automatic life-saving is achieved.
