唐山市土壤中六六六(HCHs)和滴滴涕(DDTs)的分布特征

摘要
目的研究2008—2010年唐山地区六六六和滴滴涕的残留水平和分布特征,了解最近两年土壤中HCHs和DDTs的分布特征变化,为该地区研究持久性有机污染物及食品安全风险评估提供基础依据。方法采用超声波萃取—毛细管柱气相色谱法测定土壤中的HCHs和DDTs。结果 5种类型土壤HCHs和DDTs均有检出,HCHs的平均含量是16.07 ng/g,DDTs的平均含量是34.65 ng/g。结论唐山市土壤中有机氯残留水平均未超过国家土壤环境质量标准中自然背景值,但比其他地区的有机氯残留水平高。
Objectives To study the distributional characteristics of organochlorine pesticides in soil in Tangshan in 2008 to 2010,in order to provide basis for investigating the residues of organochlorine pesticides and evaluating the risk for food safety.Methods The concentrations of HCHs and DDTs were determined by GC.Results The detection rate of HCHs and DDTs in five types of soil samples were 100%.The average content was 16.07 ng/g for HCHs and 34.65 ng/g for DDTs.Conclusions The concentrations of HCHs and DDTs in soil in Tangshan did not exceed the first level limit of the national standard for soil environment quality(GB 15618-95),but the residual level of HCHs and DDTs in soil in Tangshan was higher than that in other areas.
