摘要

地震应急救援工作的特殊性,要求后勤物资保障工作战备化、科学化。本文介绍了应急救援队构成和工作界面,对地震应急救援队现场物资需求进行量化分析。根据灾区情况,通过设计数学概念模型,将需求量化表达出来。在得到应急物资需求后,制定物资配送流程,实现应急物资的有效保障。
Earthquake emergency search and rescue work is special,so the emergency logistics should be scientific.This paper describes the structure of the search and rescue team and analyzes the disaster spot requirement of the search and rescue team.Through the design of a mathematic concept model,we can evaluate the quantification requirement.And then,after the emergency materials arrive,we can make the scheme of goods delivery to ensure efficient logistics.
