摘要

从汶川8.0级强烈地震灾后过渡安置房的规划建设工作的实际要求出发,结合了当前消防技术规范的要求对地震灾区过渡安置房的防火要求作出了深入的探讨,切实把好地震灾区过渡安置房和帐篷消防安全的源头关,确保临时居住地人民群众生命财产安全,减少火灾危害。灾区临时居住地的规划选址的消防设计以及过渡安置房板材和帐篷材料防火性能的规范工作成为当前灾区过渡安置房建设的重点。
After the disaster of an 8.0-level earthquake in Wenchuan,according to the actual demands for the construction programme of temporary dwellings,combining with the modern technical standard of fire control,we've made a deep investigation and study about the needs of fire control for the temporary dwellings in the earthquake-stricken area.We should ensure the source of fire control for the safety of the temporary dwellings and tents there,protect the life and property of the people in the temporary inhabited area and reduce the damages caused by fire.So at present we should lay stress on the designing of fire control for choosing places of the temporary inhabited area and the standard for the properties of fire prevention materials of temporary dwellings and tents in the earthquake-stricken area.
