日本东北大地震对我们的警示

摘要
2011年3月11日下午14∶46发生在日本本州东北宫城县以东太平洋海域的9.0级特大地震,地震特别是由此引起的海啸给日本人民带来了极其巨大的生命财产损失。其导致的核电站泄漏事故的威胁至今仍未消除。另一方面,日本先进的建筑防震技术,以及较为完善的防灾减灾体系在很大程度上减轻了灾害的影响。作为一衣带水,也是地震多发的我国,我们无法抗拒灾难的发生,但需要从灾难的悸痛之中寻找启示,学会思考,思考如何与灾难保持距离,思考如何有效应对灾难。
March 11,2011 14∶46 PM northeastern Honshu in Japan,Miyagi Prefecture east of the Pacific Ocean 9.0 earthquake,earthquake and the following tsunami have brought to the Japanese people very great loss of life and property.The spill caused by the threat of nuclear power plants has not been eliminated.On the other hand,the Japanese advanced construction technology,and more comprehensive system of disaster prevention and mitigation to a large extent reduce the impact of disasters.As a earthquake-prone country,we need to look into enlightenment,learn to think,think about how to keep a distance from the disaster,think about how to effectively respond to disasters.
