基于LabVIEW起落架磁流变减震器模糊控制系统设计与分析

摘要
建立基于磁流变减震器的飞机起落架系统动力学模型,研究基于Lab VIEW平台的虚拟仪器技术自整定模糊控制方法,利用控制模块的模糊逻辑工具包(Fuzzy Logic Toolkit)中子程序,完成模糊控制器VI(Virtual Instrument)的语言变量、隶属度函数、控制规则及控制器结构等具体设计步骤。通过建立虚拟仪器前面板和程序框图,对飞机在降落和滑跑不同时刻的机身垂直加速度、机身位移和机轮动载荷控制效果动态跟踪。与被动控制比较,调试得到较好的仿真结果后,在起落架震动实验台上进行实验。结果表明,模糊控制优于被动控制,基于Lab VIEW虚拟仪器技术提高了模糊控制系统动态特性和开发效率,具有工程实用价值。
The dynamics model of aircraft landing gear system based on MR( Magneto-rheological) damper is established. We do a research on using the software Lab VIEW( Laboratory Virtual Instrumentation Engineering Workbench) development platform based on technology of virtual instrument to realize the method of self-tuning fuzzy control. Lab VIEW has a control module of fuzzy logic toolkit,with which the design on language variables,membership function,control rules and the controller structure in the fuzzy controller VI( Virtual Instrument) are completed. Through the establishment of the virtual instrument front panel and diagram,the fuzzy controller is dynamically tracking the control effect of aircraft body vertical acceleration,body relative displacement and wheel dynamic load at different moments in aircraft landing and taxiing. Compared with the passive control,experiments are carried out on the landing gear vibration test platform after debugging a better simulation result. The results show that the fuzzy control is better than the passive control. The Lab VIEW virtual instrument technology can improve the dynamic characteristic and the developing efficiency of fuzzy system,has a practical value in engineering.
