岸桥抗震摩擦耗能器缩尺模型的设计、试验、仿真

摘要
岸边集装箱起重机是一种大尺寸的钢结构,是港口集装箱吊装的主要设备.绝大多数的港口都位于沿海的地震带上,为了保证岸边集装箱起重机在地震作用下的安全性和可靠性,基于摩擦耗能原理设计了一款作用于岸边集装箱起重机的抗地震的设备——岸桥抗震摩擦耗能器.为了验证该耗能器的可靠性,根据相似原理设计了应用于起重机抗震摩擦耗能器的缩尺模型,并进行了缩尺模型的试验测试.为了验证该试验的正确性,还在ANSYS Workbench中进行了有限元模型的仿真.结果不仅验证了试验的正确性,也表明了摩擦耗能器具有良好的耗能性能.
As a large-dimensional steel structure,the quay crane becomes a major equipment for container lifting at ports.To ensure crane safety and reliability under seismic loading,an anti-seismic device is designed based on friction damping principle.After a scaled model of friction damper is postulated and tested using similarity principle,the finite element model is simulated via ANSYS WorkbenchTM.Accordingly,the testing correctness is verified to indicate good damping performance of friction damper.
