磁流体耦合轮对车辆直线稳定性分析

摘要
建立了磁流体耦合轮对转向架车辆的动力学计算模型 .利用数值方法对车辆的稳定性进行了动态仿真计算 ,找出了磁流体耦合轮对的耦合度对车辆稳定性和轮对复位性能的影响规律 .通过对传统固定轮对车辆、独立车轮车辆、磁流体耦合轮对车辆的横移响应和临界速度的比较 ,发现合理选取转向架前后轮对的耦合度可以有效提高车辆的稳定性和轮对向轨道中央复位的性能
In this paper,a dynamic calculating model of the vehicle with coupled wheelsets is established.The dynamic stability of the vehicle with coupled wheelsets is calculated by using numerical simulation methods.Laws of coupled coefficient on stability of vehicle and restoration capability of the wheelsets are found.By comparing lateral displacement and critical speed of vehicle with traditional fixed wheelsets,independently rotating wheels or magnetic fluid coupled wheelsets,conclusions are drawn that the use of magnetic fluid coupled wheelsets with reasonable coupled coefficient can improve stability and restoration capability of the wheelsets.
