模糊聚类分析在铁路快运网络规划中的应用

摘要
分析快捷运输运力网络的特征、规划目标、规划原则和基本流程,提出运用模糊聚类分析规划快运运力网络的基本方法。运用F—聚类建立初始划分,利用迭代自组织数据分析基于目标函数优化的特点和方法,求解出运力网络节点的分类。结合铁路发展实际,选择主要省级及以上经济中心点27个,其他主要区域经济中心点17个作为基本节点;选择国内生产总值、全部工业总产值、产品销售收入、社会消费品零售总额、货运量和交通环境等6个指标作为聚类分析的特征指标,进行模糊聚类分析。根据聚类结果和铁路运输条件,规划出由10个关键节点、13个重要节点和15个一般节点构成的快捷货物运输运力网络。规划的节点既体现了快捷运输组织的现实,又反映了发展的趋势。
Based on analyses of characters, planning aims, planning principles and fundamental program of the transportation network of express goods, a basic way of planning the network is advanced by applying fuzzy clustering analysis. Preliminary sorts of the network nodes are set up by using the Fclustering method, and then the fuzzy objective function and its algorithm are worked out by applying ISODATA. On performance of China railway current development, economic centers are figured out, including 27 national or provincial centers and other 17 main district centers, and 6 indexes are considered as character indexes, that is GDP, Total Gross Industrial Output, Production Sales Revenue, Total Retail Sales of Consumer Goods, Volume of Freight Transport and Traffic Condition. As a result of clustering analysis and railway transport conditions, the transport network of express goods is designed, that contains 10 key nodes, 13 main nodes and 15 general nodes. The network can not show the practical status, but also points out the developing trend of express freight transport.
