大型特种车辆质心试验系统

摘要
研制了载重60t电液伺服控制式大型车辆质心试验系统,用于特种重型车辆的型号研制和技术改进。根据静态 称重原理设计了一种二自由度运动平台,实现特种车辆质量和质心测量。经砝码标定后,车辆质心试验系统的质量测量不 确定度小于±0.3%,X和Y向质心测量不确定度小于±3mm,Z向质心测量不确定度小于±5mm。采用2级分布式网络控 制系统和自由度控制方式,确保了试验系统的稳定性、可靠性和安全性。针对实际对象,进行了质量质心测量实验,实验 测量结果与理论计算结果基本相符。
According to the demands of development and technical improvement of heavy and special vehicle,the center-of-mass experiment system with 60 tons of loading was developed,which powered by an electro-hydraulic servo system.In terms of the principle of static weighting,a 2 DOF platform was developed for mass and center-of-mass measurement of heavy and special vehicle.After calibrated by the standard weights, the uncertainty of mass measurement is within ±0.3%,the uncertainty of center-of-mass measurement in both X and Y coordinate is within ±3mm and that of the uncertainty in Z coordinate is within ±5mm.The two-level distributed control system and 2 DOF control method guarantee the stability,reliability and security of the experiment system.The experiments for mass and center-of-mass measurement are carried out and the results are satisfactory.
