轻型铁路桥墩横向振动问题研究

摘要
针对铁路提速后大部分轻型墩桥梁横向车桥耦合振动幅值过大这一问题,提出采用多重调谐质量阻尼器MTMD(Multiple Tuned Mass Damper)对其进行控制。首先将被控桥墩简化为单自由度体系,建立了桥墩-MTMD系统力学模型和运动微分方程,全面系统地分析了MTMD各设计参数对动力放大系数的影响规律。经分析可知,MTMD的频带宽度、阻尼比、质量比、中心频率比和TMD的个数对结构振动控制有重要影响,应对其进行优化。在此基础上,以某特大桥的轻型墩为例设计MTMD,并对采用MTMD控制铁路轻型墩横向车桥耦合振动的效果进行了模拟分析,分析结果表明:MTMD能够有效地控制铁路轻型桥墩的横向振动,但减振效果与桥墩振动时程特征有关。
s:The increase of train speed may induce large vibration in lightweight bridge piers.MTMD(Multiple Tuned Mass Damper)is hence proposed for the transverse-vibration control.Assuming the bridge pier to be a single-degree-of-freedom system,a model of pier-MTMD system is developed and its motion differential equation derived.The influences of different MTMD design parameters on the acceleration magnification factor are analyzed.The results show that the frequency width,damping ratio,mass ratio,central frequency ratio and total TMD number of MTMD influence the vibration control effects.It is necessary to optimize these parameters.The MTMD for a lightweight bridge pier was designed and its transverse-vibration control effects analyzed.The results showed that MTMD can suppress the transverse vibration of lightweight railway-bridge piers effectively.But the control effect is related to the vibration characteristic.
