摘要
以雪灾突发事件的交通预警管理为背景,研究雪灾交通应急管理的事前规划。将地理空间信息作为交通应急管理的分析主线,提出基于空间数据分析的交通应急预警规划和应急资源布局信息系统,并根据这个信息系统框架提出详细的技术支撑框架。根据数据挖掘得出的带有空间信息的关联规则,因地制宜地指导交通应急资源的布局再造,面向雪灾再次发生的可能性重新优化交通应急体系。
