梁单元模拟管片接头的盾构衬砌计算模型

摘要
目前考虑接头刚度的盾构非均质衬砌模型需要借助专业有限元软件计算,本文提出了用通用有限元软件来实现该功能的计算方法,即用普通梁单元模拟盾构衬砌管片接头。本文研究了实现该模型的关键问题,即建立起管片接头刚度、环间接头刚度与梁单元的几何参数、物理参数之间的关系。理论推导与数值计算表明:在模拟管片之间的接头时,Timoshenko梁能同时模拟接头的转动刚度、轴向刚度和剪切刚度,而Euler-Bernoulli梁只能模拟接头的转动刚度和轴向刚度;在模拟管片环之间的接头时,Timoshenko梁与Euler-Bernoulli梁均可以实现环间接头刚度的模拟,采用后者时求解梁单元截面参数比前者更简便。该模型能实现专业盾构隧道计算软件的主要功能,从而为盾构衬砌计算提供了一种简单、实用的方法。
Professional FEM softwares are usually employed as calculating structure with segment joints of shield tunnel,the paper presents a model using general FEM software to calculate the structure,which simulates segment joints as common beam elements.The paper studied the key problem of the model which is to establish relationship between stiffness of any segment joint and parameters of beam element.For transversal segment joints,theoretical derivation and numerical calculation shows that Timoshenko beam can simulate rotational stiffness,axial stiffness and shear stiffness,and Euler-Bernoulli beam can simulate rotational stiffness and axial stiffness.For longitudinal joints,both Timoshenko beam and Euler-Bernoulli beam may be used,and parameters solution of Euler-Bernoulli beam is simplier.The model can be used to carry out main functions of professional softwares for shield tunnel,therefore,it is convenient and practical.
