隧道锚杆锚固质量的应力波检测技术研究

摘要
探讨了应力波检测锚杆锚固质量的原理,研究并开发了通过锚杆底端与顶端声幅比判断锚固质量的等级标准,通过隧道锚杆锚固质量检测项目中的具体应用,与传统的检测方法相比该方法具有明显的优越性,能够对正在或已经施工的工作锚杆进行检测,并且成本低廉、方便快捷,对结构不产生破坏。因此应力波无损检测技术应大力推广,为施工质量监督提供有效的检测手段,确保隧道工程的安全。最终应力波检测将成为锚杆锚固质量检测的发展方向。
The principle of the stress wave detection of anchor is discussed,the CBL ratio to determine of the anchorage is developed,through application of the anchoring quality testing on the tunnel anchor.It is proved that this method,compared with the traditional method has obvious advantages.It can be used to detect anchor which is under construchion or has been constructed,with low cost,fast and convenient,without destroying the structure.Therefore,it should be to develop stress wave nondestructive testing technology for the construction quality to provide effective means to ensure the safety of the tunnel project.Finally,the stress wave testing will be the monitoring anchor quality detection in future.
