装配式钢筋混凝土管型通道数值模拟与现场试验

摘要
建立了钢筋混凝土管型通道的力学模型,通过面-面接触单元模拟回填土与管型通道及管型通道与管片接缝处的相互作用,有效地分析了管型通道的变形及管片的应力分布状况;运用单元的"生"、"死"功能模拟装配式管型通道的吊装及土体回填的施工全过程,同时利用该模型分析了六安—武汉高速公路装配式管型通道施工过程的变形及应力分布情况,并与现场试验实测值进行了对比分析。结果表明:该模型能较真实地模拟施工过程中管型通道的变形和受力,且能有效地分析装配式管型通道及盾构隧道衬砌管片的力学特性。
Based on FEM,a three-dimensional contact model for mechanical analysis of prefabricated reinforced concrete tubular channel was presented. Using the surface-surface contact elements,the interactions between backfill soil and tubular channel,tubular segment joint were simulated. Deformation of tubular channel and stress distribution state of tubular segment were effectively analyzed. Using life-death element technique,whole construction process for installation and backfill of prefabricated reinforced concrete tubular channel was simulated. Using the presented model,the deformation and stress distributions of prefabricated reinforced concrete tubular channel on Lu'an-Wuhan Expressway were analyzed during construction process. The numerical results were compared with the results of in-situ test. The results show that the model can simulate deformation and stress of the whole construction process. Numerical results are agreement with the results of in-situ test and can be used to analyze mechanical property of prefabricated reinforced concrete tubular channel and lining segment of shield tunnel.
