大连地铁隧道监测数据分析及参数智能反演

摘要
差异进化算法(Differential Evolution)是一种新型的智能优化算法,对初始值无要求,收敛速度快,对非线性函数适应性强,具有并行运算特性,尤其适应于多变量复杂问题的寻优,将该算法与有限元理论相结合编制智能位移反分析程序。针对大连地铁隧道实际工程,对地表沉降、拱顶沉降和收敛位移进行监控量测,并对数据进行拟合和回归分析;利用智能位移反分析程序和监测数据完成参数反演,以解决围岩力学参数不准确的"瓶颈",反演的参数与实际勘测的十分接近;根据反演参数进行有限元数值模拟的正分析,将数值模拟的结果与实际监测数据进行对比分析,对施工过程中围岩是否安全稳定具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。
Differential Evolution(DE) is a new optimization algorithm.DE requires no initial value,and it has rapid convergence,strong adaptability to nonlinear function,and features of parallel computing,especially in adoption to the optimization of multivariable complex problem.Combining DE with the finite element method,an intelligent displacement back analysis program can be achieved.For Dalian subway tunnel,the ground subsidence,crown settlement and convergence displacement are monitored,and then data fitting and regression analysis are performed.Applying the independent developed program and monitoring data to back analysis,the "bottleneck" problem that mechanical parameters are not accurate can be solved,and it is found that the inversion parameters are very close to the measurements.Finally,it can be concluded that applying inversion parameters to the numerical simulation analysis and performing comparative analysis on the numerical simulation data and actual monitoring data are important to the safety and stability of the surrounding rock in the tunnel construction process.
