深厚淤泥爆破挤淤软基处理技术

摘要
深厚淤泥爆破挤淤处理技术与浅层淤泥处理技术有很大差异,传统设计思想认为加大药量可以取得满意的挤淤效果,但大药量的爆破带来的安全隐患也因此增加,因此有必要进行物性试验和现场爆破试验,对爆破参数进行优化设计。结合具体工程实例,介绍了深厚淤泥爆破挤淤作用机理、参数优化选取、爆破作业安全和挤淤处理效果。爆破处理效果检测表明:抛石层落底标高与落底宽度均达到设计要求,取得了满意的爆破挤淤处理效果。可以为类似工程提供借鉴。
The treatment technology of displacement thick silt by blasting compaction is different of those for shallow silt.The traditional design thought using large explosive amount may obtain satisfied compaction effect of thick silt.But the large explosive amount will also cause bigger potential safety hazard.It is necessary to obtain the optimized design of blast parameters according to the features of thick silt and the field blasting test.The action mechanism,the blast parameters selection,the blast safety and the compaction effect are introduced through an engineering example.The results indicate that the satisfied blast compaction effect is obtained,which the depth and volume of scattering-filling stone satisfy the design requirements and may serve as a reference for similar projects.
