东联2号路路堑开挖控制爆破技术

摘要
针对东联2号路路堑开挖周边环境复杂的情况,为了严格控制爆破振动与爆破飞石的危害,采用浅孔小台阶爆破与预裂爆破相结合的爆破方案。主爆孔采用不耦合装药并进行逐孔起爆,预裂孔采用导爆索连接,每5个孔之间由25 ms雷管进行小微差接力连接。主爆孔和预裂孔的接力雷管均采用高精度数码雷管进行精确延时,改善了普通导爆管雷管由于延时误差的存在出现跳段而导致爆破振动效应叠加的现象。对炮孔进行了4层胶皮网覆盖,有效地防止了飞石的产生。爆破达到了预期的效果,或可为类似的工程提供借鉴。
In order to strictly control the harm of blasting vibration and flying rocks,specific to the complex surrounding environment of Donlian No.2 road in cutting excavation,a blasting plan combined short-hole blasting with pre-splitting blasting was adopted.The main blast holes which were decoupling charge were detonated by hole-by-hole blasting;the presplit holes was connected with detonating cord;each 5 holes were connected with 25 ms detonators to realize small microsecond delay time relay connection.The main blast holes and pre-splitting holes both used high precision digital detonators to realize accurate time delay,avoiding the superposition of blastin vibration which caused by wrong delay time related to time delay error of normal nonel detonator.The blast holes were covered by 4-layer rubber network coverage,with which the effect of flying rock was prevented effectively.The blasting program achieved the desired results,it may provide a reference for similar projects.
