不同桥梁隔震橡胶支座力学性能对比试验研究

摘要
了解桥梁高阻尼隔震橡胶支座(简称HDR)与铅芯隔震橡胶支座(简称LRB)力学性能有何不同。采用试验研究的方法,对不同尺寸、不同生产厂家、具有相同橡胶剪切模量(简称G值)的HDR和LRB支座进行了剪切性能的应变相关性、温度相关性、极限应变及基本力学性能测试等试验,对比研究了它们对支座等效刚度、等效阻尼比的影响。研究分析表明,整体上来讲,应变对HDR的影响要弱于对LRB的影响,部分厂家的HDR对环境温度的敏感性要甚于LRB的敏感性,而温度对LRB的等效阻尼比基本没影响,HDR的初始刚度要大于LRB的初始刚度,大变形硬化程度要更甚于LRB的程度。最后给出了HDR和LRB支座水平力学性能相应的应变相关性、温度相关性拟合经验公式。
According to study on this paper,difference mechanical property of between HDR and LRB will be known.Test method has been adopted,a series of test research on dependency of horizontal mechanical performance and basic property about them have been done,which include shear-strain dependency,temperature dependency and ultimate shear strain,their effects on shear equivalent stiffness,equivalent damping ratio.Test research shows the shear strain effect on the property of HDR is less leak than that on LRB,temperature effect on HDR made in part factory is a fewer than that on LRB,but temperature effect on damping ratio of LRB can't be found.The initial stiffness of HDR will larger than of LRB,degree of stiffness harden of HDR at the stage of large deformation will be greater than of LRB.In the end,some fitting formula of shear strain dependency,temperature of HDR and LRB have been given.
