预应力装配式公路钢桥静动力性能试验研究

摘要
针对一种新研制的体外预应力装配式公路钢桥组合结构形式,通过荷载试验的方法,研究了一座30m跨径预应力装配式公路钢桥在预应力索张拉及加载过程中的静、动力特性。试验结果表明:体外预应力系统能够显著改善装配式公路钢桥的受力性能,使得钢桥静力计算中的控制杆件由原来的跨中上下弦杆转变为支座附近下弦杆;组合钢桥的固有频率随着体外预应力的增大而增大,振型也随之发生扭转。
With the structural composition of a newly-developed assembly-type prestressed steel bridge for highways with the span of 30mtaken into account,studied in the paper are both the static and dynamic properties of the newly-developed externally pre-stressed steel bridge by means of applying loads to it when its pre-stressing cables are stretched.Test results show that the externally prestressing system can significantly improve the mechanical performance of the assembly-type highway bridge under the action of forces,which makes the control rods in the static calculation of the bridge change from top and bottom chords in the middle span to the bottom chords next to the support,the natural frequency of the composite steel bridge increase with the increase in the prestressing forces,and the vibration mode twist in a similar way.
