紧邻既有线高边坡路堑爆破施工技术

摘要
结合ZDK65+050~ZDK66+100段工程施工实例,本着以现代岩石爆破理论为基础,通过反复试验和分析,选取合理的爆破参数,采用合适的装药结构以及精准的起爆网络,采取一定的防护措施控制其危害程度,并从机械配置、施工方法和工程施工管理等方面,总结出一套邻近既有线大体积、高边坡路堑爆破施工方法,实现了紧邻既有线石方安全、高效、经济、环保的爆破开挖。在两年半的时间内,成功完成约340万m3的石方爆破任务,爆破施工未对既有线路和周边设施产生影响,未出现任何安全事故,基于该工程的特点和难点采用空间上封闭、时间上连续的多元立体防护技术科学合理,效果显著,在爆破安全控制及管理和工期有效保证方面做出了突出成就。也为在邻近既有线施工总结出来一套邻近既有线的爆破施工及安全防护的施工方法。
Taking the project of ZDK 65+050~ZDK 66+100 as the study case, based on the latest rock blasting theory, through repeatedly tests and analysis with rational blasting parameters, appropriate charging method, accurate detonating metwork and protective measures to effectively control risks, the paper, in view of machine arrangement, construction methods and project management, sums up a safer, more efficient, more economic and environmentally friendly blasting technology on cutting of massive high slope close to existing lines. Within two and a half years, up to 3,400,000 cubic meter rock was successfully blasted and the nearby existing lines and installations were not adversely affected, let alone any security accidents. As the project featured with enclosed space for its peculiar and difficult points, and the multiple three-dimentional protective technology yielded desired scientific results in uninterrupted course, impressive achievements were accomplished in the aspects of blasting safety control, management and guarantee of construction period, moreover, an effective construction method was raised for blasting and security protection on the working site of nearby existing lines.
