下穿密集民房浅埋硬质岩隧道爆破减震技术

摘要
文章以渝利铁路长洪岭隧道下穿江池场镇浅埋密集民房段为研究对象,通过房屋鉴定及风险评估提出了民房震动控制标准,综合考虑地形地质条件、埋深、施工进度、投资、民房的震动控制值等因素,结合现场爆破开挖信息化施工技术,提出了超前下导坑非爆开挖(钻孔劈裂破岩技术)结合控爆扩挖、毫秒延期电雷管分部控爆开挖、数码雷管全断面微差控爆减震技术,确保了场镇民房的安全正常使用,避免了大量的拆迁安置,取得了显著的社会、经济、环境效益。
Taking Changhongling tunnel on Chongqing-Lichuan railway passing under crowded houses in Jiangchichang town as the research case in this paper,based on building appraisal and risk assessment,the houses vibration control standards are put forward.Considering the factors such as topography and geological conditions,buried depth,construction progress,investment and vibration control values of houses,etc.,combining with in-situ blasting excavation informatization construction technology,the vibration-reducing technology of non-blasting excavation(drilling and splitting rock technology) integrated with controlled blasting and expanding excavation of advanced bottom heading,controlled blasting excavation of millisecond delay detonator,whole section millisecond controlled blasting of digital detonator is put forward so as to ensure the safe and normal use of town houses,avoid a great deal of displacement and resettlement and obtain prominent environmental,economic and social benefits.
