不同种类再生粗骨料沥青混合料路用性能试验

摘要
开展再生粗骨料应用于沥青路面的研究具有较高的工程实用价值和环保意义,能够解决骨料短缺的困境。研究了不同原生混凝土强度等级、粗骨料种类、制备方式等对再生粗骨料物理、力学性能的影响。通过马歇尔试验进行了再生粗骨料沥青混合料配合比设计。分析了不同来源再生粗骨料用于沥青混合料时最佳沥青用量的差别、以及再生粗骨料掺量比例、粒径变化对再生粗骨料沥青混合料路用性能的影响。研究结果表明:不同种类再生粗骨料对沥青混合料水稳定性能影响差别较大,而混合料其他路用性能指标能够满足国内规范要求。
It has a higher practical value and environmental significance to study recycled coarse aggregate using in asphalt concrete,which can solve the shortage of aggregate.The influence of different strength levels of original concrete,kinds of coarse aggregate,processing way,etc.on physical and mechanical properties of recycled coarse aggregates is studied.By Marshall test method,the mix proportions of asphalt mixtures with different kinds of recycled coarse aggregate are designed.The influences of the optimum asphalt amount difference,mix proportion and particle size change of different kinds of recycled coarse aggregates on road performance are analyzed.The results of research show that the influences of different kinds of recycled coarse aggregate on water stability of asphalt mixtures varies greatly,while other road performance indications of asphalt mixtures can satisfy the requirement of national specification.
