铁路桥梁钢管混凝土结构体系参数研究

摘要
在铁路桥梁钢管混凝土结构设计中,钢管混凝土截面的轴压刚度、抗弯刚度和混凝土收缩徐变系数是关键的结构体系设计参数,通过对时速250 km客运专线铁路有砟轨道双线简支组合拱和大瑞铁路澜沧江特大桥等2座典型钢管混凝土结构桥梁进行不同体系参数的对比计算分析,研究了结构安全系数取值与容许应力的对应关系,以及钢管内混凝土收缩徐变和刚度取值对结构内力的影响,提出了钢管混凝土结构安全系数的建议值和结构分析的一般规定,有关结论可供钢管混凝土结构桥梁设计参考。
In the process of design for the concrete-filled steel tube structure in railway bridges,the axial compressive stiffness and the bending stiffness of concrete-filled steel tube cross-section,as well as the concrete shrinkage and creep coefficient are the key design parameters of structural system.In this paper,two concrete-filled steel tube bridges with different system parameters respectively were taken as the typical examples,in which the one is a simply supported double-line arch-combination bridge with ballasted track on 250 km/h passenger dedicated line and the other is a super major bridge on Dali-Ruili Railway at the Lancang River.Then contrastive calculation and analysis on the two bridges were carried out,and the relationship between the structure safety coefficient and the allowable stress was researched.Also the influences upon the structural internal forces caused by concrete shrinkage and creep inside the steel tube as well as by the stiffness value were studied.Finally,the authors put forward not only the proposed values of safety coefficient but also the general requirements of structural analysis for concrete-filled steel tube structure,and then the relevant conclusions can serve as references for the design of concrete-filled steel tube bridge.
