铁路桥梁减隔震支座设计及试制

摘要
结合包西铁路黄河特大桥的抗震需要,针对铁路桥梁减隔震支座进行设计试验研究,开发了既能满足铁路桥梁使用要求,又能减小地震力的减隔震支座。试制的滑动支座、固定支座试验表明,支座的滞回曲线丰满,具有较大的等效阻尼比,减隔震能力良好;支座的滞回曲线比较规则,重复性很好,能够满足设计要求的屈后刚度。减隔震支座的使用,不仅能解决高烈度震区的桥梁抗震要求,而且能有效降低工程造价,具有极大的推广价值。
In combination with the requirements on seismic resistance of a super major bridge on Yellow River on Baotou-Xi'an Railway,and in allusion to the seismic absorption and isolation bearings for railway bridge to do experiment and research,the new type of seismic absorption and isolation bearings were designed and developed,which not only can meet the operational requirements of railway bridge but also can reduce the seismic force effectively.Meanwhile,the experimental test for these trial-produced bearings was carried out,including both the sliding bearings and the fixed bearings.And then the experiment results show that,the hysteresis curve of the bearing is plump,with a larger equivalent damping ratio,so the ability of seismic absorption and isolation of these bearings are good.The results also show that,the regularity of the hysteresis curve of the bearing is better,with very good repeatability,so the design requirements of the yield stiffness can be satisfied.The author draws conclusion that,by using these seismic absorption and isolation bearings in high intensity earthquake region,not only the bridge seismic design issues can be solved,but also the project cost can be effectively reduced,so these bearings have very good popularization value.
