正装迭代法在确定斜拉桥成桥状态索力中的应用

摘要
以仓安路斜拉桥施工过程为研究背景,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,实现了斜拉桥施工过程的模拟计算。研究以约束正装迭代法进行施工过程中索力优化与合理施工状态确定的问题,建立各次张拉索力值与成桥状态控制参数之间的关系矩阵,以最小二乘法原理对施工中张拉索力值进行修正,通过迭代消除不闭合问题,从而可使施工索力得到优化,达到预先设定的成桥内力。实例证明,正装迭代法在确定斜拉桥成桥状态的索力应用上,具有应用简单,误差较小的优点,效果较好。
In this thesis,a simulative computation is realized of the construction of the cable-stayed bridge at Cang'an Road through the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The optimum of tensioning force and the reasonable construction state are decided through restricted iterative calculation. Comparing the calculated finished mechanical state with the reasonable finished state,the relation matrix is then established between tensioning forces and parameters of finished state. After modified with the least square method,the tensioning force is applied to the next round computing until the difference between calculated and reasonable state is in the allowed range. The method can achieve optimization of cable force and the finished internal force and line shape as predefined. As is proved,this method can reduce the influence of uncertain factors in computation because it has high accuracy and efficiency in cable bridge construction controlling,and can provide reference for similar construction.
