基于支座有限损伤的简支梁桥抗震设计方法

摘要
我国公路简支梁桥的使用量大面广,其抗震安全性对确保震后交通网络的畅通具有重要意义。采用统计分析和数值模拟等方法,对"5·12"汶川地震中958座简支梁桥的6 594组支座、2 136个桥墩的震害表现和简支梁桥震损过程进行分析,结果表明:对于位于烈度Ⅷ度及以上地区的桥梁,板式橡胶支座的震害难以避免,但支座破坏对桥墩具有保护作用。提出基于支座有限损伤的简支梁桥抗震设计思想和理论框架,容许支座出现有限损伤来保护桥墩。通过提出合理的支座性能目标、预测桥梁的地震响应和采取相应的限位措施来控制支座损伤。通过大量的计算分析提出B类桥梁的支座容许损伤定量指标。
In highway construction of China simply supported beam bridges are applied in large quantity and large area,so their seismic safety shows important significance for ensuring smooth traffic network after earthquakes. This paper analyzes behaviors of seismic hazards of 6595 bearings and 2136 piers of 958 simply supported beam bridges and process of earthquake damage to simply supported bridges in "5. 12"Wenchuan earthquake. The results show that earthquake damage to plate type rubber bearings is inevitable for bridges located in areas with VIII and above seismic intensities,but bearing damage protects piers. On this basis the paper seismic design idea and theoretical framework for simply supported beam bridges based on limited damage to bearings to allow limited damage to bearings to protect piers,and to control bearing damage by proposing reasonable bearing performance target,forecasting seismic response of bridges and taking corresponding limiting measures,and puts forward quantitative indices for allowable bearing damage for class B bridges via calculation and analysis in large quantity.
