埋地管道现场激震试验研究

摘要
为了验证我国长输管道抗震设计规范的振动参数,分析软硬地基上的地震应力,进行了现场激震试验和理论分析。详细介绍了利用火箭燃料做能源的地震动激震系统在埋地管道现场模拟地震动来研究埋地管道在地震波作用下所产生的应变,这在地下管道抗震研究中是一种新的尝试,也为今后地下管道现场试验提供了一种新的激震方法。通过实测管道应变与我国规范简化计算应变的对比,验证了我国规范的取值,确定了埋地管道抗震计算的振动参数。给出了理论分析所采用的基本假定和数学模型,在用现场试验检验了理论分析和数学模型的基础上,还做了位于软硬土基中埋地管道的地震反应研究,并得出了管道的轴向应变比随两种介质的动剪模量比的变化曲线。
Field shock test was performed and analysis is given in order to verify the vibration parameters listed in China Anti-seismic Design Code for Long Distance Pipelines. And the seismic stress on soft/hard foundation is also included in the content of analysis. The shock system for seismic motion with rocket fuel as the energy can help define the strain change of the buried pipeline influenced by the seismic waves. This is a new attempt in anti-seismic research of buried pipelines and provides a new shock method for the future field experiment for buried pipelines. Through comparison between tested strain parameters and simplized calculation of strain paramaters listed in Chinese Codes, the set values seen in the Chinese Codes are verified, thus defining the vibration parameters of anti-seismic calculation for buried pipelines. Proposed parameters and mathematic models used for analysis are given in the paper. Based on the verification of the theoretical analysis and mathematic models through field tests research is also done on the seismic reaction of the pipelines buried in soft/hard foundation. The curve shown in the paper indicates that the ratio value of the pipeline axil strain changes with the change of ratio value of motion shear modulus.
