摘要

主要介绍了一种基于Delphi语言,显示台站串口通信线路故障及台网值班情况的LED显示屏软件。其主要功能是接收并处理计算机串口收到的数据,采集实时机发来的串行数据,同时显示系统时间、人员值班情况及滚动显示通知内容。
Based on the Delphi language,this paper describes a software for LED display screen,which can show the station serial communication line fault and Network-duty situation.Its main function is to receive and process the data by the computer serial port and serial data from the real-time machine.And the system time,personnel on duty situations and the contents of the notice can be displayed on the screen.
