摘要

新版《公路桥梁抗震设计细则》的公布和实施,为公路桥梁抗震设计带来了先进的抗震设计理念和新的抗震设计方法,通过对新版抗震规范的深入研究,在两个方面对新旧公路桥梁抗震设计规范作了对比和分析。首先,对新旧规范中抗震设防思想和标准进行了对比和分析;其次,针对新旧规范中确定地震作用的具体反应谱方法作了详细的计算和对比分析。通过对比分析,总结了新规范改进的指导思想,分析了新规范抗震设计方法的改进,以及应用新规范时需注意的一些问题,可供相关设计和研究人员参考。
The new Guidelines for Seismic Design of Highway Bridges brings us the advanced seismic design concepts and some new design methods,the new and the old editions are compared and analyzed on two aspects through the comprehensive study of the new edition of the code for seismic design of the highway bridge.Firstly,the design principle and the seismic fortification creterions of the two codes are analyzed and compared.Secondly,the horizontal earthquake force are calculated in detail for the compare and analysis of the two specific design methods based on the response spectrum.According to the comparison and analysis,the improvement of the guiding principles and the specific seismic design methods are summarized and some useful references to the application of the new code are offered for designers and researchers
