地震作用下隧道衬砌结构损伤规律研究

摘要
基于动力有限元法,利用ABQUS大型有限元软件,模拟公路隧道在地震过程中的动态响应过程,研究公路隧道衬砌结构的损伤规律。结果表明,隧道结构埋深越深,在地震作用下衬砌结构受到应力越大。衬砌结构拱角处所受压应力最大,最易发生破坏。在地震过程中,衬砌结构压缩损伤主要出现在两侧拱角处,拉伸损伤主要出现在拱顶和拱底处,拱顶处先产生拉伸损伤,拱底后产生拉伸损伤。损伤值均随着隧道埋深的增大而增加,且压缩损伤大于拉伸损伤。地震结束时,衬砌结构虽然保持着总体上的稳定性,但拱顶与拱底可能会出现裂纹且拱角处可能会出现局部压损。建议对于震后埋深较大的隧道在顶部、底部及拱角处进行加固处理,以延长运营隧道的使用寿命。
Based on the dynamic finite element method,the dynamic response process of highway tunnel under earthquake is simulated by using the finite element software of ABQUS to study the damage of lining structure of highway tunnel.The results show that the stress in lining structure under seismic action increases with the increase of the burial depth of tunnel lining.The compressive stress in the arch corner of the tunnel lining is the largest with highest possibility to be damaged.During the earthquake,the compression damage mainly occurs in the arch corner on the both side of the tunnel structure,tensile damage mainly occurs in the vault and bottom,the damage in the vault happens ahead of the damage in bottom.Damage value increases with the increase of the burial depth of tunnel lining and the compression damage is greater than the tensile damage.When the earthquake terminates,although lining structure still maintains stable on the whole,but cracks may happen in the vault and bottom and the arch corner may be crushed.It is suggested that for post earthquake tunnel,the vault,bottom and arch corner should be reinforced to extend the service life of the tunnel.
