大跨度斜拉桥数字化维护和管理系统的开发研究

摘要
在哈尔滨松花江斜拉桥的背景下,开发了大跨度斜拉桥数字化维护和管理系统。该系统主要包括八个模块,有数据管理模块、检验和测量模块、评估模块、有限元分析模块、诊断和预测模块、维护模块、查询模块和帮助模块。该系统利用人工检查数据库、基础数据库和健康监测系统的数据,通过斜拉桥数字化维护与管理系统分析和计算,可以预测桥梁寿命,进行疾病诊断,通过全面评估分析,达到维护和管理桥梁的功能。因此,大跨度斜拉桥的维护和管理系统非常智能化及使用化。通过使用这个系统,可为大跨度斜拉桥及类似桥梁的维护和管理进行实时跟踪及管理指导。
In this paper,with the background of Harbin SonghuaRiver cable- stayed bridge,digital cable-stayed bridge maintenance and management system( DCBMS) was developed for the need of maintenance and management of long- span cable- stayed bridges. The major functions and theoretical application of eight modules include data management module,inspection and measurement module,assessment module,finite element analysis module,disease diagnosis and prediction module,maintenance module,query module and help module. By analyzing and calculating the data from manual inspection database,basic data- base and health monitoring subsystem, DCBMS can accomplish the functions like life prediction, disease diagnosis, comprehensive assessment,maintenance and management of bridges. Therefore,the maintenance and management of long- span cable- stayed bridges can be made digital professional and scientific. By running this system,a real time and specific technical guidance can be provided for the maintainers and managers of long- span cable- stayed bridges.
