精确延时控制爆破试验及振动信号分析

摘要
为进一步完善爆破振动强度预测模型理论、实现爆破振动危害的主动控制,结合隆芯1号数码电子雷管,开展室内精确延时控制爆破试验,采用基于小波变换的时-能密度法识别出实际段间延期时间分别为4.8ms、4.8ms、15.2ms、15.3ms,与试验设计段间延期时间相对误差小于4%。结果表明:基于小波变换的时-能密度法能有效识别微差爆破实际段间延期时间;利用信号的时域移位特性,通过时频转换,从微差爆破振动信号中成功分离出各分段振波,并按实际段间延期时间依次叠加各分段振波,从峰值振速、主振频率、能量分布等角度,定量分析得到合成波与原始波形间各细节特征误差均在工程允许范围内。结果表明基于时-能密度法的微差爆破振动信号分离法具有较高分离精度。
In order to improve the prediction model theory on blasting vibration intensity and to achieve active control of blasting vibration hazards combined with digital electronic detonators of Long Xin 1 #,the controlled blasting test with precise delay time interval is carried out.The actual delay time interval between segments are obtained as 4.8 ms,4.8 ms,15.2 ms,15.3 ms through Time-Energy Density Method(TEDM) based on Wavelet Transform(WT).The relative error between actual value and design value is less than 4%,which indicates that the TEDM from WT can effectively identify actual delay time interval between segments in millisecond blasting.Using time domain shift characteristic of the signal,through time and frequency conversion,each segment of vibration wave is isolated successfully from vibration signals of millisecond blasting.Each segment of vibration wave is successively superimposed with actual delay time interval,the detail features between the synthetic waveform and original waveform are analyzed quantitatively in terms of the peak velocity,dominant frequency,energy distribution,etc.,the errors of detail features are obtained within the allowable range in the project.Results show that the separation method of vibration signal of millisecond blasting based on TEDM has high separation precision.
