摘要

针对当前工程项目设计阶段监理过程中存在的问题，认为加强设计阶段的事前、事中控制是提高监理成效的关键，并就具体监理内容及手段进行论述。
To counter problems of design supervision, the authors hold that tightening the beforehand control and the prosessing control in the stage of engineering project design is the key to efficiency of supervision content, and measures are discussed.
