国家外文局专家楼加固及加层改造

摘要
国家外文局专家楼结构形式为四层砖混结构 ,未进行抗震设防 ,1981年进行抗震加固后使用至今。针对工程特点 ,采取了一系列加固措施 ,对现有结构二次加固的同时进行了加层改造。这为仍在使用的砖混旧房屋的加固改造提供了有益的经验
The structural type of the Expert Residence House of Beijing Foreign Language Bureau used to be a four-storied brick structure which was not aseismicly constructed. In 1981, the building was strengthened to resist earthquake and has been used until now. In accordance with the special feature of the buildingt a series of strengthening measures is taken in second time to reinforce the existing structure .Besides,an additional storey has been set up on the top of building successfully. Valuable experiences for strengthening and renovation of existing brick buildings are provided.
