大型水轮机转轮异常振动及叶片裂纹分析

摘要
通过对某水轮机噪声、振动测试分析、转轮叶片试验模态分析和采用流 固耦合技术分析转轮叶片在水介质下的动力特性 ,找出水轮机异常振动、异常噪声和叶片裂纹原因———转轮叶片固有频率与转轮叶片卡门涡激励频率相近引发转轮叶片共振 ,采用提高卡门涡频率、降低卡门涡激励能量的处理措施 ,取得了良好效果
To determine the causes of abnormal vibration and noises of a large Francis turbine and cracking of the blades, vibration and noises of the turbine were measured and analyzed, the test modal analysis of the blades was conduced, and the dynamic characteristic of the blades under water was investigated with hydro structure coupling technology. It was found that the cause was that the natural frequencies of the blades are close to their Kamen excitation frequencies, resulting in resonance. Measures were taken to raise the Kamen excitation frequencies and reduce the excitation energy, which have been proved effective.
