摘要

建筑工程的质量引起了极大的关注,如何减少建筑工程的质量事故就是一个非常重大的课题。通过应用博弈论中的完全信息静态博弈对建筑工程质量检查进行了定量分析,并对质量检查机关(监督者)和建设者(施工单位)的具体行为作了较详细的分析,用混合战略纳什(Nash)均衡求出了均衡点,并得到了一些较好的效果,为质量检查机关和政府有关部门提供了决策参考,具有较高的应用价值。
In this paper, the theory of complete information static game is applied to the qualitative analysis of quality inspection and detail analysis on the definite actions of the inspection agency and builders (construction units). The mixed strategy-Nash equilibrium was used to work out equilibrium point and some useful results have been obtained. This method is highly applicable.
