街区设计特征与绿色交通的选择——以上海市康健、卢湾、中原、八佰伴四个街区为例

摘要
选取上海市区特征差异明显的康健、卢湾、中原和八佰伴四个街区,进行了以问卷形式随机访问调查过往人员的日常出行的特征以及他们的社会经济特征;在分析比较了四个街区的土地使用特征、规划设计特征和道路交通设施等空间物质特征的基础上,对出行方式与各种影响因素的关系进行了数据统计分析,研究表明街区的空间物质设计特征对绿色交通的选择有显著的影响。本项研究是再构城市街区规划设计基本理论的一项实证研究,是与加拿大Concordia大学地理系合作进行“城市设计特征和交通方式选择研究”项目中的一部分。
Four neighbourhoods with various characteristics in Shanghai City has been selected for the research, which are Zhongyuan, Luwan, Kangjian and Babaiban, with questionnaires to the peoples passing in the four neighbourhoods about their recent home-based-trips, usual home-based-trips and social-economic characteristics, etc. The statistic analyzing of the questionnaires with computer software SPSS and trips' spatial distribution through with GIS software package ARCVIEW has been used, it is found that the physical characteristics of neighbourhoods and the resident's social-economic characteristics are important factors in the choice of green transport. So, there is significant sense for us to formulate the policy to achieve sustainable development.
