摘要

本文旨在通过广州国际会议展览中心工程联合体施工的管理实例,阐述现代管理策略在联合体施工管理中的应用。
A construction project responsible by a constraction consortium, esp. a single project under an individual, huge building with complicated structure. How to manage the coordination of these subsidiaries under the constraction consortium The answer is the management of the engineering process control. This article cites the project of Guangzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center, and then briefs the strategic management in the application of engineering process control for consortium operation.
