基桩完整性检测的多点检测系统

摘要
低应变反射波法在基桩完整性检测中占主导地位 ,但目前的检测方法还存在一些问题 ,如桩头附近存在测试盲区 ;桩深部的缺陷较难识别 ;还存在桩的二维或三维效应等。这些问题仅靠目前的单点检测系统来解决是很困难的。提出了一种多点检测系统 ,即多点拾振、多点激励 ,应用以多次覆盖原理为中心的数据处理方法 ,有效地抑制了干扰 ,提高了信噪比和测试精度。该系统还可推广到结构的完整性检测。
The method of law reflected strain wave is the main technology, but with some deficiency in piles integrity testing. There exist a testing blinding section at the top of tested pile, difficulty to recognize the defect at deep-seated part of pile as well as the planar and thre-dimensional domino effect. Those problems cannot be solved using the single-transducer pile integrity testing system. A new multi-signal piles integrity testing system is proposed, able to impulse and collect signals at multi-point on pile's top. Applying the multiple superposition data processing method, the detecting system can effectively restrain the interference and elevate the precision and SNR of pile integrity testing.
