摘要

针对重载输送装置中骤然起动时的冲击危害 ,采用特殊的行星齿轮结构、装在低速轴上的湿式离合器及相应的液力系统使装置得到了充分的改善 ,为精确控制系统起动提供了保证 ,从而间接地降低了生产成本 ,提高了生产效率
In order to relieve shock hazards caused when heavy-duty conveyor suddenly starts and thus to attain an accurate start control,a special soft starting device is used,which is composed by planetary gear mechanism,wet clutch installed on the low speed shaft and hydraulic system.Application of the soft starting device in the conveyor indirectly results in lower production cost and improved efficiency.
