摘要

介绍了洁净室通风及空调系统的设计过程,主要的设计计算在于确定系统的送风量。按照本文的设计参数所建造的洁净实验室,经校核,符合洁净等级要求。
This paper illustrates the design process of clean room ventilation and air-conditioning system, espe-cially the determination of the quantity of air supply. The clean room based on the parameters in this paper is coincidingwith the requirements.
