底火复杂结构的有限元分析与研究

摘要
基于三维小尺寸、多接触、不规则的底火模型,运用三维非线性有限元分析方法,得到了应力应变精确的数值解,找出了有可能影响其性能的有严重应力集中的区域,分析了底火各部件的应力情况,证明了有限元模拟是可行的,其设计能满足使用的结构强度要求。
According to the 3D small size, multi contact and irregularity of the primer model, the accurate numerical solution of stress and strain is obtained by using 3D non-linear finite element analysis method and the region which may effect the performances and has serious stress concentration is found, and the stress status of all parts of the primer is analyzed. It is proved that the finite element simulation is feasible, and the design meets the strength requirements of the structure in use.
