住宅建筑的维修性与维修性决策研究

摘要
分析了住宅建筑维修活动的特性,提出了住宅建筑维修性的定义和研究重点;建立了住宅建筑的维修度、维修密度及维修周期性等维修性决策函数和住宅维修度与老化度的关联决策函数;建立了住宅维修时间、维修标准、维修费用、维修可达性等维修性决策参数以及住宅维修性决策参数之间的协同关系.
The characteristics of housing maintenance are analyzed. The definition and research focusing on housing maintainability are presented. The decision functions of housing for maintainability, density of maintainability, cycle of maintainability and the relative decision function between housing ageing and housingmaintainability are established. The decision factors of housing for time of maintenance, standard of maintenance, cost of maintenance and attainability of maintenance are established. The cooperative relationship of decision factors of housing maintainability are discussed.
