摘要

在地震尚无法预报的情况下,预防是唯一现实的优先选项。地震预防应从对近年地震致灾、致害、致死因素的调查统计分析入手,有针对性采取有效的灾害预防措施,减少地震死伤人数、减轻地震灾害。
The M 6.5 Ludian Quake has caused major casualties.According to comprehensive analysis of the long axis direction of aftershock spatial distribution and two nodal-plane solutions of focal mechanism of the main shock,we regard the NNW Baogunao-Xiaohe fault as the seismogenic structure.
