橡胶隔震支座疲劳试验研究

摘要
利用自行建立的疲劳试验系统,以国产160mm橡胶隔震支座为研究对象,测试了支座在竖向10万次循环荷载作用下竖向变形和竖向刚度的变化,以确定支座的耐久性性能,结果表明:国产橡胶隔震支座疲劳性能稳定,符合规范规定的性能要求.
Using fatigue machine designed by authors, adopting China rubber bearings of 160 mm diameter,this paper studied the changes of the vertical deformation and vertical stiffness of the rubber bearings by vertical fatigue load test of 100 thousands repetition, studied the durability property of rubber bearings. The test results show that the fatigue property of China rubber bearings is stable, and is contented with China's standard.
