气井喷漏同存的处理技术研究

摘要
川渝地区碳酸盐岩地层,地质情况极为复杂,气井钻井喷漏同存时有发生,钻井现场需要很好地掌握对喷漏同存的处理技术,尤其要注重灵活掌握每一种处理技术的适应条件和施工原则。文章通过对气层发生井漏后采取吊灌技术,抑制天然气进入井筒,当天然气进入井筒后采取置换法控制井口不出现高压力,以及对气井喷漏同存的堵漏压井技术进行了较为系统的研究,以供读者参考。
The blowout-lost circulation coexistence happened sometimes in gas hole drilling because of the complicated geological circumstances of carbonate strata in Sichuan—Chongqing region. It is necessary for the drilling workers to grasp the treating techniques of the blowout-lost circulation coexistence, especially to grasp the adaptation condition and operation principle of each treating technique. The grouting technique for restraining gas’entrance into borehole while the lost circulation is occurring to the gas reservoir, the displacement techniques for controlling the high pressure’s appearance at wellhead while gas has invaded into borehole, and the hole plugging killing technique of the blowout-lost circulation coexistence in gas hole are systematically introduced in the paper so as to be available for reference.
