CFRP板加固砖墙的抗剪承载力

摘要
根据经试验验证的有限元模型,选取272种有代表性的墙体,采用ANSYS软件对水平荷载作用下CFRP加固砖墙的受力性能进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明:用CFRP板加固后砖墙的抗剪承载力提高,墙体加固率的适宜范围为0.0006~0.0012;极限状态下CFRP板应变发挥系数取决于砖墙承受的竖向压力及砖墙的加固率;CFRP板的作用相当于拉压杆。以数值模拟分析结果为基础,对已有试验回归结果进行了修正和扩充,给出了CFRP板加固砖墙抗剪承载力的计算公式。
To study the mechanical behavior of brick walls strengthened with CFRP plates,horizontal loading tests for strengthened brick walls are done and the possibility of numerical analysis for strengthened brick walls using software ANSYS is verified by test results.Taking 272 typical brick walls as examples,load-deformation relationship curves for brick walls are calculated using ANSYS by proper modeling.Numerical calculating results show that the shearing capacity of the brick wall can be increased obviously by gluing CFRP plates on the surface of the wall,the optimum strengthening ratio is between 0.0006 and(0.0012), the maximum strain inside the CFRP plates under the ultimate state is affected by the vertical normal stress applied on the wall and the strengthening ratio,and the action of cross CFRP plates can be simulated by the model of tensile and compressive bars.Based on the numerical analysis results,the existing method to assess the shearing capacity of brick walls strengthened with CFRP plates is modified and an applicable calculation method is proposed.
