端板厚度对钢管混凝土端板梁柱节点的影响及螺栓力计算方法

摘要
钢管混凝土端板梁柱节点具有较好的强度、刚度和延性,且制造施工简便。因此,以端板厚度和螺栓直径为主要参数进行了该节点的有限元分析。结果表明端板厚度对节点域承载力没有影响。端板薄导致混凝土在受压区4个螺栓孔内侧的矩形区域内产生较大局部压应力,可以此范围内梁翼缘压力除以该矩形面积来校核局压。根据端板与螺栓承载力关系,连接破坏模式有端板破坏、螺栓破坏和混合破坏。依此建立了三种螺栓力计算模型和三线性螺栓伸长转角计算模型。计算结果与有限元结果符合较好。
Using FEM,with the parameters of thickness of end-plate and diameter of bolts,studied the effect of end plate to end-plate CFT-H connection.The results are that thickness of end-plate has no effect to panel zone shear strength.But thinner end plate results in high local compress stress in panel zone within the nearest four bolts,concrete local compress strength should be checked by dividing the force by the area within the bolts。The joint failure models contain end-plate yield,bolt rupture and mixed failure.Based these,three models to calculate bolt tension,and,trilinear bolt elongate rotation model are established.Good agreements between modal - results and FEM - results are found.
